1. Product Delivery

SyskaPro MT4 Indicator is a digital downloadable product. Delivery is instant after payment.

  • After successful payment you will receive an email containing: download link, license activation instructions, and user guide (if applicable).
  • If you don't receive the email within 10 minutes, first check your spam/junk folder, then contact support.

Delivery is sent to the registered purchase email by default.

2. 14‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee — Strict Conditions

We offer a 14‑day money‑back guarantee, but refunds are conditional and not automatic.

A refund request is considered only if all required proof is provided and our support team is given the opportunity to fix the issue.

Refund conditions (all must be met)

  • The product must be proven technically non‑functional on standard MT4 (example: crashes, fails to load, or produces error logs).
  • Within 14 days of purchase you must submit: MT4 journal logs, screenshots or short video showing the issue, your account number, broker name, and MT4 build/version.
  • Allow SyskaPro Support to troubleshoot — if the issue is resolved by support, refund will not be issued.
  • Refund will be granted only if SyskaPro confirms the indicator is permanently unusable under normal MT4 conditions.

3. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Allowed

Refunds are not applicable in the following common situations:

  • Performance/expectation complaints (e.g. "indicator didn't give profit" or "accuracy is not as expected").
  • Losses due to trading decisions or strategy execution.
  • Incorrect use, modification, or tampering with the indicator code.
  • Broker or platform restrictions (if your broker blocks custom indicators).
  • Failure to provide the required technical evidence.
  • Change of mind, accidental purchase, or "I no longer want it".

4. License & Usage

  • Licenses are non‑transferable and will be locked to the account number provided at purchase.
  • Sharing, reselling, or redistribution of the product is strictly prohibited and voids refund eligibility.
  • Any attempt to reverse engineer or modify the code will forfeit any refund rights.
